Privacy notice

This notice describes what this site actually collects, which is very little. It was written by checking the site rather than by adapting a template.

What the site collects

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies for this and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites. What it records is aggregate: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world from, and what kind of browser.

There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no session recording and no third-party analytics beyond the above.

What the site does not collect

• No account, because there is nothing to sign into.
• No email address. Nothing on this site asks for one.
• No contact forms, so nothing you type into a calculator is transmitted anywhere. The calculators run entirely in your browser.
• No newsletter and no mailing list.

If you buy IngredientCalculator Pro

Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects what it needs to take the payment, including your card details, email address and country. Card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. I see order records and aggregate totals. Stripe's privacy notice governs what they hold.

The Kitchen Pack download and access to the paid tools at /pro/ both work from a signed key rather than an account, so no personal data is needed to deliver the files, to open the tools, or to download them again later. The key is checked in your browser and the tools in the zip run with no connection at all, which means they send nothing anywhere.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests in order to serve pages and keeps standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Because this site holds almost nothing, most requests will be short. For card and payment data, Stripe is the processor and holds the details I never see, so those requests are best directed to them. For order records, write to me and I will help.

Who is responsible

The controller of what little data this involves is AUTOM8 LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration number 271.110.1414725), at 4/3 Pirumyanner, suite 12, Davtashen 0054, Yerevan, Armenia.
