What to write about
- A number looks wrong. Nothing you send me is more useful. Tell me the ingredient and what you expected, and I will check it against the source.
- Refunds. Say the word refund and it is done. See the refund policy.
- Your Pro key will not activate, or the Kitchen Pack will not download. Send the key from your welcome page and I will re-issue it, or send the zip again if that is easier.
- Something is broken. The page address and what you were doing is enough to work from.

The one paid product here is IngredientCalculator Pro, $79 paid once: a key that unlocks the paid tools at /pro/, plus the Kitchen Pack, a zip of offline kitchen tools. Payment runs through Stripe and your statement shows AUTOM8 LLC. AUTOM8 LLC is the seller.
